Frank is a well-versed business professional with more than 15 years of experience in lean management, business process and project management, transformation management, architecture management and internal control system.
Frank’s expertise lies in defining good practice governance and methodologies which empowers employees to improve their work behaviour in order to reach operational and business excellence; Frank promotes corporate business and organisational development through innovative and visionary architectural set-up. He is a strong communicator, brings different standpoints together and thereby fosters acceptance of various perspectives.
He is a professional project manager and has led many international projects. He has consolidated experience of different industries, acting in challenging and fast changing environments.
Frank’s most recent role as Business / Process Architect and Internal Control Officer is to lead the Process & ICS Office for company-wide business process management and internal control system expertise and developments. He sets the governance and framework as well as provides services to facilitate stakeholders continuously improving and optimising their operational performance.
Frank holds a Master of Science (Lic. rer. pol.) from the University of Bern, Switzerland and international certifications in Lean Six Sigma (green belt), Project Management, SAP Application Consultant Integration of Business Processes and ITIL V3.
His professional speaking engagement includes several invitations to international conferences and podium discussions and he is member of advisory boards. He speaks German, English and French.
